1. Login

For a correct and complete processing your order it is necessary that you register on our website with your username and password. If you are not a registered user, you can make up for that via the link "not registered" in the logon screen.

Privacy policy:

Your data is safe: the collected data will be used only for the agreed purposes. Your data will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties, unless you wish to do so explicitly or have made a contractual agreement with us, for example under a partnership agreement.

2. Collect order data

On the side of the screen capture "order" from the product list, select your preferred software, as well as the number of licenses. Clicking on "Calculate" calculates the total price, taking the currently applicable discount level into account.

In the "comments" you can enter any text in order to provide us an additional message or question. If you can not find your desired product mix, you can alternatively type it in the  "comments"-field. Click onto the "Next" button to complete this step.

3. Summary of your order

You will receive a summary of your order on screen before the final release. In this summary, you can change your address and check the dates of the order again and change it, if necessary. You can also specify whether you want to receive an electronic bill or an invoice by post.

As a final step, it is necessary that you agree to our terms and conditions. Only when this is done by clicking in the appropriate check boxes, you can place your order by clicking on "Order".

4. Order confirmation

As a conclusion of the ordering process you will receive the summary of your order via e-mail including the indication of the order sent. If you have questions about your order, please send us an e-mail to intarsys@intarsys.de with the order number.

You will receive your invoice within 3 days on the chosen path (electronically or by mail). Once you have paid the bill and we have determined the payment, you will receive your license key via e-mail.

For a cancellation of your order please send an e-mail with your order number to intarsys@intarsys.de.
