With PDF / A Live you rely on a tool for conversion and validation according to the ISO standard 19005-1 (PDF / A). In addition to the validation according to predefined rules, you can also define rules for your company's own documents.

PDF / A Live! can be expanded easily. Bind the application with simple measures in your archive system or integrate the electronic signature for converted documents. Of course, the software is available both as a client and a server version.

Changes compared to previous version:

• Adjustable picture compression rates when creating PDF / A files from graphical source data.
• Convert JPEG2000 to PDF / A compliant JPEG format.
• Improved analysis and examination results with page reference if possible.
• Multiple character sets are combined to reduce the result file size.

Licensing

As a test version, you can use PDF / A Live! without a license key. In this case, you can validate up to 50 documents per day and convert up to 15 documents. If these numbers are quantities of documents, processing will be paused.

If you want to test the API function, or batch of PDF / A Live! you'll need to import a valid license key. You will receive a temporary license key for testing purposes on request via the contact information provided below. When purchasing the software you will receive your license key automatically by e-mail.
